Assignments & Mauritious

Hiya,,

So, Fierce! added assignment 6 and it was really interesting.. have a look:

I tried a different approach to this assignment and made it my own.. A virtual natural disaster:

Ok, so the editing is awful :s But basically... 

Katha was feeling adventurous and got out her Visual Game Generator and put it on her head. She chose the adventure Elements and landed herself on the beach. Katha controlled all elements and put the fire, earth, wind and water up to full speed. She was having great fun - but what she didn't know was that there had been a glitch with the game and everything she was doing in her game, was happening in the real world too. This was a NVD - Natural Virtual Disaster.

I think it is pretty awesome - the idea then, you know:P  Then there was Assignment 1 for VS, the 'hard' themed one. (look at the previous post to know what it is..) and I handed it in this morning after struggling against an uncooperative game (it crashed basically every two minutes after I opened the game  - which was literally torture, I had to start - stop - restart - stop - restart etc. and most of the time I didn't have enough time to save and had to restart everything again!) but luckily the last time I tried I got a few good pictures, edited them and handed in my assignment - 

Mission 101 Water Spy

It's pretty small but I guess it doesn't matter.

Anyway - for the next news: Mauritious!!

I'm so exciteddd.xd The only bad thing is the 12 hour flight in economy class ;) That does mean that I'll be deprived of my internet connection until Saturday - but I guess it's worth it isn't it :P So goodbye my fellow friends and wish me a good time in mauritious and a save flight.xd

Cool huh:) Starting the assignment now because I'm going to Mauritious for half term. School breaks up on Thursday which is great because all the drama and stress is working on my nerves and I really need to have a time out:)

Anyways - greatest news EVER now!! Yesterday me and 4 other friends went to Thorpe Park  and were asked if we wanted to get filmed for the advertisement for Experiment 10!! It was absolutely petrifying but.. WE"RE GOING TO BE FAMOUS!!! I'm soo happy :D The ad isn't up yet but when it is I will definitely be absolutely crazy with happiness. YAY!!!

Crazy & Colourful! Assignment 4

Hey everyone :) Well I finally handed the assignment for Crazy and Colourful in:) Here it is...

On her vacation with her best friend Berry to Mauritious, Emma got a part time job in a night club - Stranger Tides (made it myself ) , but when Berry and Emma arrived that night - no one was there except for the bar tender. This was obvious - the place was boring and there was classical music playing!! Luckily Berry and Emma were clever and snooped around in the club's basement - and guess what they found? Laser lights, huge stereo boom boxes and all types of crazy bubble blowers! Hurrying back up the stairs with the boxes of stuff, Berry and Emma quickly transformed the club into a hot spot for the night! People cued up outside and Berry and Emma had boosted the scores and money by 100% The boss (who happened to be the bar tender) grinned to himself while pouring drinks and decided to give the girls an huge extra tip when the night was finished. It was great.

Fierce! Assignment 5

Heyy everyone :)

This was Fierce! Assignment 5:

Basically it was to do a picture of your model waking up in a deserted town - and now I must say that all the assignments were fantastic and it was hard to top them! Here was mine:

Katha crashed her car against a large boulder, and rolled out of her car, unconscious, as the car roared up in flames. Katha woke up an hour later, as the flames had died out, and realized there was no one on the roads - which was strange because she reckoned that after her car crash there would be a lot of police and ambulances around her. Her face stung and her legs were in an awkward position. As she looked around, Katha realized that her town was... abandoned.

Victoria's Secret - Did I make it?! :o

Hey everyone!!

Let's just say I am really happy right now because I just read the 'important announcement' on page 17 of the Victoria's Secret: The Return forum and they only let a few of the models who signed up, through. And .... *drumroll please* I did! I was getting really worried because my name wasn't in the top few but apparently they (the managers) had been stalking all the models and had chosen only a few of us to go through!! I'm sooo happy that I made it.xd

Colours! Assignment 1 :)

Hey y'all sad loners who decide to read my blogg :P

Well, these were my legs today after school:

Well, assignment 1 for Colours! is up and we have to do *drumroll pleasee!!* WEDDINGS!! Not exactly the most original but still nice &' romantic to do, so it should be a lot of fun.xd

It should be a lot of fun as Berry (my model) is really colourful and I think her hair would really complement her white dress for this. I'll post the pictures for the assignment when I have them done.  xd

Crazy & Colourful scores UP

Hi all,

Well, I just saw the C&C scores and (for what seems like the millionth time) I have not even placed in top 5! I came in 7th. I entered this picture (the assignment was pranks and my model [dark-haired one] but baby powder in her sister's hairdryer which made her hair white!) :

Okay, so it definitely wasn't the best of them all :$ This is page where you can check out all the scores: http://forum.thesims3.com/jforum/posts/list/750/421903.page, you have to scroll down a bit to see the scores and read the comments. My overall scores was 129/140, so it wasn't the best.

Well, I'm already stuck on what I should do for this one, so if anyone has a good idea for a crazy vacation I'm happy to accept ideas!!

There was another one for a gothic magazine which came in third but the picture doesn't work anymore. All of my competitors were great and I feel honoured for getting second place.
